This page publishes the charter and rules enforced within Sph3re, the very ones every user can read from inside the application. They apply everywhere on the platform: posts, comments, private messages, groups, voice rooms, live broadcasts and game servers.

Our commitments

  • Mutual respect: every member deserves to be treated with consideration, whatever their level, origin, gender or opinions.
  • Safety first: the platform protects its users, with active moderation, reports taken seriously and dedicated tools for the safety of minors.
  • Goodwill in play: Sph3re is a space for playing and sharing. Competition stays healthy; mutual help and fair play come before toxicity.
  • Transparency: rules, monetisation and moderation decisions are explained clearly. Nothing is left unclear about what is allowed.

Behaviour & respect

  • No harassment, insult or intimidation towards another member.
  • No hate speech: racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism.
  • No threats, blackmail, or incitement to suicide or self-harm.
  • No disclosure of another person's personal data without their consent (doxxing).

Prohibited content

  • No illegal content, glorification of terrorism, counterfeiting or prohibited goods.
  • Strictly no sexual content involving minors: immediately reported to the authorities.
  • No sexually explicit content or nudity, whether in text, image, video, live broadcast or avatar.
  • No shocking content: real violence, gore, cruelty. Without exception.

Chat & messages

  • No spam, flooding or unsolicited advertising.
  • No impersonation of a member, a moderator or the Sph3re team.
  • Malicious links lead to an immediate sanction.

Voice & video

  • The same rules as in text apply to voice and video.
  • No deliberate audio saturation (earrape) or repeated noise nuisance.
  • Only the written transcript of a passage can serve as evidence in a report; raw audio is never kept for that purpose.

Streaming & creator content

  • The broadcaster is responsible for the content they broadcast and for the rights attached to it.
  • Copyright must be respected: music, video, game, image.
  • Live broadcasts follow the rules in real time, just like published content.

Groups & game servers

  • The rules apply everywhere in the same way: posts, comments, private messages, groups, voice rooms and live broadcasts.
  • RCON access is reserved for the legitimate administrators of a server.
  • No exploitation of a flaw, cheating or deliberate disruption of a game.
  • The user remains responsible for the servers they connect to Sph3re.

Artificial intelligence

  • Artificial intelligence tools must not be used to produce content prohibited by these rules.
  • No harmful deepfakes, no disinformation, no visual impersonation of a person.
  • The user remains responsible for the content they generate and publish.

Monetisation & payments

  • No fraud: fake donations, money laundering, fee circumvention.
  • Creator revenue is paid according to the displayed terms: revenue-share tiers and payment fees included.
  • Any abuse of gems, donations or subscriptions leads to the suspension of payouts.

Sanctions

  • Depending on severity: warning, content hidden, temporary suspension, permanent ban.
  • Serious violations lead to an immediate ban, with no intermediate step.
  • Any moderation decision may be submitted for review to the support team.

Reports and appeals

  • A "Report" button is available on content published by other members: posts, comments, private messages, group messages, profile biographies, group descriptions, videos, clips and shared files.
  • Words spoken in a voice room or during a live broadcast can also be reported: the written transcript of the relevant passage is attached to the report and is readable only by our moderation team.
  • You may block a member at any time, which immediately cuts off all contact with them.
  • Every report feeds a moderation queue handled by our team, and by them alone: reports are never made public.
  • To contest a sanction, write to support at the address at the bottom of this page describing the situation.

  • Sph3re is a social gaming platform bringing together messaging, groups, streaming, game server management and creation tools.
